Radio One is only really worth listening to mon-thur after 7pm. That's when the 'alternative' shows are on and they stop using the playlist. If the show you want to listen to happens to be on between midnight and 2am and you can't stay up for it then just go to the website any time in the following week and stream it.
Listed pretty much only because they broadcast The Now Show.
Local (FM) and National (Digital) station that actually plays good music most of the time. If only they'd stop playing 50 Cent. FM Signal isn't too great, can sometimes be impossible to pick up even if you're well within their coverage area.
